The hotel staff was helpful, the location was convenient, free parking, comfortable beds, spacious room and bathroom.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The room was located in the 2nd buiding - not the same as where the reception is - and was very hot and no ventilation or cooling system. The hotel was not very busy and therefore do not understand why they did not give the room on that side with less sun during the day.But cannot but accept since the town does not allow too many alternatives. I also booked double/twin but got a single - the size of the room was not an issue - it was ok for one person.

No air conditioning in the rool and summer nights are very hot sometimes also in Finland, so it was very uncomfortable sleep - and opening the window is not the solution - air is still hot and it also brings heavy noice of supprising heavy traffic (due to nearby huge paper factory). Regardless what the web page says, this hotel is not in the town centre (with normal town center definition)

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was so cozy and comfortable, with a new and neat bathroom. The interior was very pleasant, making it the perfect place to work and relax in the evenings. The working space was comfortable and had plenty of sockets for all my devices. The bed was great, and the air conditioning was quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel also offered free parking, a small gym, and a sauna. The staff were helpful and the check-in and check-out process was quick. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, and the gentleman at reception was friendly and accommodating.
I highly recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, right in the center of the city and close to everything.

Sadly, not much good to say
No AC in the room, 30° inside the room, impossible to open the windows because of the noise outside, ugly location, in front of a big ugly factory, restaurant totally understaffed, really overpriced considering all the negative points.

Nice room, free internet. My earlier review is not about this hotel
On Sunday restaurant and cafe are closed. Situated next to a large industrial plant which produces an awful smell, you cannot open the windows because of that

This weekend away was amazing! Located in the heart of a small town, it was the perfect location for a weekend getaway. The staff was friendly and helpful, giving us great tips on what to see and do in the area. The free parking offered was a great convenience. We loved the spacious and modern room that offered a comfortable bed and a great bathroom. The breakfast selection was amazing; there were many delicious options to choose from.
The lack of temperature control in the room. It was a bit too cold for our liking, but the extra blankets provided by the staff helped out a lot.

We loved our stay here! The hotel had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful, even finding us a parking spot when the hotel's lot was full. We enjoyed the delicious and healthy breakfast options, including a great variety of cereals. The location was amazing, right in the heart of the city, next to the bustling square.
Nothing to dislike.

Great location in the city center, within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Free parking also available. Room was spacious and clean, with a nice bathroom. Breakfast had a good variety of options and was enjoyable.
The rooms could use some updating and more lighting, especially during the late evening. the hotel is a bit pricey compared to other options in the area, which may deter some travelers from staying here.
